Resident: $185/child per week.
A resident is defined as someone who pays property taxes to the Town of Stanford (or the address you reside at pays property taxes to Stanford) . Your mailing address may not be Stanfordville, but property taxes must be paid to the Town of Stanford to be considered a resident. Proof of residency will be required upon registration (examples: tax bill, utility bill, lease agreement). Please use the red link at registration to upload proof, or email recreation@stanfordny.gov with proof. Email the above email address with any questions.
Non- Resident: $235/child per week. A non-resident is anyone outside of the Town of Stanford property tax roll.
Registration is first come, first served.AGEKiddos entering Kindergarten in fall of 2026 and older. We will use the district age cut-off requirement: must be age 5 by December 1, 2026.WHEN REGISTERING: Grades will roll up on June 1st. You can register your child in their current grade, even if it's Pre-K.PAYMENT AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All weeks must be paid in full by May 4th. If not paid in full by May 4th, we can move people from the wait list to your spot.
Cancellation fee of $50 if cancelling after May 4th.
We cannot prorate fees for vacations or missed days

We will utilize our local resources such as the Stanford Library, as well as bring in some outside activities and organizations as some of our programming offerings. Last year's activities included laser tag, foam party and a reptile expert. As well as daily sports, games and crafts. Our goal is to offer an interesting and engaging day with structure, while also allowing for free play with friends.Kids will need to bring their own lunches, packed preferably in an insulated lunch box as refrigeration will not be available for lunches. Additional documents such as emergency contact and pick up forms, camp guidelines/rules/safety, etc. will be sent out at a later date to registered families.Register early as we anticipate filling all spots, all weeks. Stanford Summer Day Camp Registration 2026 - Early drop-off
STANFORD SUMMER CAMP 2026Summer camp is BACK for this summer and we can't wait! DATES

Resident: $185/child per week.
A resident is defined as someone who pays property taxes to the Town of Stanford (or the address you reside at pays property taxes to Stanford) . Your mailing address may not be Stanfordville, but property taxes must be paid to the Town of Stanford to be considered a resident. Proof of residency will be required upon registration (examples: tax bill, utility bill, lease agreement). Please use the red link at registration to upload proof, or email recreation@stanfordny.gov with proof. Email the above email address with any questions.
Non- Resident: $235/child per week. A non-resident is anyone outside of the Town of Stanford property tax roll.
Registration is first come, first served.AGEKiddos entering Kindergarten in fall of 2026 and older. We will use the district age cut-off requirement: must be age 5 by December 1, 2026.WHEN REGISTERING: Grades will roll up on June 1st. You can register your child in their current grade, even if it's Pre-K.PAYMENT AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All weeks must be paid in full by May 4th. If not paid in full by May 4th, we can move people from the wait list to your spot.
Cancellation fee of $50 if cancelling after May 4th.
We cannot prorate fees for vacations or missed days
If you are registering AFTER May 4th and paying via cash or check, please submit your payment within a week of registering to hold your spot.
Dutchess County Department of Health requires we have both immunization records as well as current medical history from a physicians office. Please submit this as soon as possible (via mail or email) but NO LATER than June 1st. Campers will not be allowed to attend without these.

We will swim each day in the afternoon and we also hope to incorporate swim lessons again but please give us some time to put together the scheduling for this option. We will utilize our local resources such as the Stanford Library, as well as bring in some outside activities and organizations as some of our programming offerings. Last year's activities included laser tag, foam party and a reptile expert. As well as daily sports, games and crafts. Our goal is to offer an interesting and engaging day with structure, while also allowing for free play with friends.Kids will need to bring their own lunches, packed preferably in an insulated lunch box as refrigeration will not be available for lunches. Additional documents such as emergency contact and pick up forms, camp guidelines/rules/safety, etc. will be sent out at a later date to registered families.Register early as we anticipate filling all spots, all weeks. Learn to Swim - Learn to Swim: Session 2 [NON-RESIDENT]
Learn to Swim LessonsAge 4+All children will begin in Level 1 lessons and can test out of each level as they progress (unless they have already successfully tested out of levels at Stanford in the past).Lessons will be every day, Monday – Thursday for two weeks and any make-up days will be scheduled on Friday(s).
