This program is a series of educational talks and tastings by Robert Popper, a local coffee expert. With different topics, participants can learn about global coffees and how to prepare it at home. All sessions held at Town Hall from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
Oct 21: Session 1, Coffees of the World. Let's taste three different coffees, representing different coffee-growing regions of the world, highlighting some of the differences among light roast, medium roast and dark roast coffees. We'll provide everything you need for the tastings, just bring your questions and an open mind about new coffee experiences! Space will be limited, so book in advance.
Oct 28: Session 2, Making Brewed Coffee at Home. We will discuss and demonstrate (tasting coffee as we go along) some of the ways you can raise your coffee game at home, focusing on pour-over kits, french presses, grinders and whatever questions you might have about brewing coffee at home. Space will be limited, so book early to secure your spot.
Nov 4: Session 3, Making Espresso at Home.
