Resident: $100 /Non-Resident: $200 [$100 refundable cleaning fee is required for all rentals]
 
*Payments made with credit cards have a 3% online service fee. The cost of a rental/cleaning deposit is $103 if paying online. Checks are still accepted at $100 via mail. Cleaning deposit refund is in the amount of $100.
