In-season (waterfront open): Resident $200, Non-resident $300
Out of season (waterfront closed): Resident $150, Non-resident $250
 
*Payments made with credit cards have a 3% online service fee. Checks are still accepted at $125 via mail (please send two checks, fee and deposit). Cleaning deposit refund is in the amount of $125.
